CAAD12 vs Scultura 500 vs Tarmac SL3

Hello everyone! I'm looking forward to buying my first road bike and have about $1200 tops to spend not incl. pedals, helmets, etc. below are the specs.
2018 CAAD 12 - $1200 (BRAND NEW, with 105 group set)
2018 Scultura 500 - $950 (BRAND NEW, with Ultegra groupset.. i'm not sure if it is 6800 or r8000)
2011 Tarmac Expert SL3- $1000 (USED - in good condition, with Ultegra 6700 groupset, clipless pedals, 2 bottlecages)
Those 3 above are what i'm considering i would appreciate if you guys could share your learned opinion on which you think is best value for money.
I'm a newbie rider looking to enhance my fitness and have fun riding on the road.
