Di2 Upgrade from 11 speed

Looking for some advice having just upgraded my Trek Domane 5.9 to 11 speed from 10 speed with new front and rear derailleur plus chain etc. Now of course nothing works because it has to be fired up by updating the battery with a p.c connection to do this. I live in France and seem to be having difficulties getting hole of a bike shop who could help.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated .
