Hi there
Currently looking at a fast light commute bike
CAADX is currently on offer for 2018 bikes
I know you can fit mudguards, however, can you fit pannier racks also. Does it have eyelets on the 2018 models
What does everyone think? Any other recommendations for suitable bikes? Budget between £750 and £1000

IIRC you need to get a bracket for the seat stays for fitting mudguards
