Looking for some tyres, something about a 35mm, but they need to be as fast and supple as possible. To use on tarmac and cobblestones in northern France. Any ideas?

Conti Grand Sport Race 700x32?
Off the top of my head, I'm not sure if Conti do any of their premium models at 32.
Given how "28" Conti tyres measure ~31mm on wider road rims, I'd guess that "32s" will measure ~37mm.================

You can get 4 seasons in 32mm.

I'm using Bontrager AW3 Lite 32mm and they are superb. Grippy, fast, supple, and very puncture resistant. Also available heavily discounted at Sigma Sport at the moment. They measure 33mm at about 60 to 70 psi on the wide carbon rims I am using (21mm internal). I have used Conti 4 seasons previously and the AW3s are at least as good if not better.0
