124.5mm bottom bracket?!

I'm looking to replace my bottom bracket. Was gonna get a Shimano UN55, but my BB axle is 124.5mm, closest the UN55 comes in is either 122.5 or 127 (and 124.5 appears almost obsolete in any brand).
Will it be a major issue going with one of them? And if not should I go up or down a size???
