    Had a ball last night in cognac - great night out, high recommended for a weekend away

    Today is chilling by the pool as the kids didn’t get till bed until the early hours we will have grumpy ones

    tdv has turned up so mf is tranquillo. drinking coffee then will pop out just for an hour to check that new chain cassette chainrings on N1 are all cool.

    small squeak somewhere but thinking freehub/pulley wheels sort of thing

    Sevilla MF. For 3 more nights, then Cordoba for 2, the Granada for 2, then a week or so on the coast a few km east of Malaga.

    i like seville, the alcazar was nice for a wander in the heat, if you like roman ruins there's italica over the river, mostly very ruined though

    look out for kripta cava brut nature, excellent bubbly
