Anyone used cycle solutions ?

On the face of it these seems like a good company - They are the chosen cycle to work scheme provider for my employer.

However on starting to deal with them - well I am not very impressed

-They don't actually have stock on many of the bikes they claim to

-The online chat - and telephone lines seems to have no one to service them

-Even when you do get answer - its sometimes obvious the person doesn't really know what they are talking about

-They seem to get a lot of bad reviews - then all of a sudden in 1 day 20-30 great review appears within hours of each other

Anyone used or dealt with them ?

Just looking at the google reviews - I'd ask your company to choose another partner.

They don't want the hassle either.

My company used cycle solutions for years but moved to a new c2w scheme last year.

From what I was told, the reason for switching was purely due to complaints from staff that they were having to wait for orders, in some cases for several months, despite money being deducted from their salary.

I think the main problem is they are basically tredz, a company notorious for advertising products as being in stock only for them to contact you after you have placed your order to advise that they are not.

Used them for a bike to work scheme winter bike about 3 years ago. No complaints - delivery was quick but the item was in stock.
