I'm looking for a mid-aero (35-45mm) TUBELESS carbon clinchers (rim brake) for everyday use on my TCR. Wheels I've looked at so far are the Mavic Cosmic Carbon SL UST, DT Swiss PRC Spline 1400 35mm and DT Swiss ARC 1100 Dicut 48mm. All three of these wheels can be had for under $2K. What other wheels would you suggest?

See the other thread re the same thing. You may have to contact a wheel builder to get what you want. Don't just look at pre-built wheel where you have no choice on components etc. For the Spec you mention however the Giant SLR 0 fits. 45mm deep and tubeless compatible. £1500 thought. You could get a 50mm deep, tubeless compatible set with tyres installed for £900 plus postage from the Cycle Clinic who posts regularly on here. Not sure if he ships to the USA which I presume is where you are. He is a champion of tubeless so you can be assured that the rim/tyre combination he uses is compatible which is not always the case. He installed my tyres for me and they have been faultless ever since.0 -
Mavic Cosmic Pro Carbon SL UST. I swapped from a set of Dura Ace C35 9000 with an aluminium rim to a set of these. Previous braking in the wet or dry with other carbon wheels was hit and miss, but with these and the correct pads, they're as good as the C35s, wet or dry. The Mavic Pro tubless tyres are a doddle to fit and inflate too. That old loud free hub click of old Mavics has gone too replaced by a deep hum so your ride buddies don't realise straight away when you're wheel sucking.

These tick all your boxes:

Otherwise a wheelbuilder would be able to meet all those requirements including budget. I know that Wheelsmith's dimpled aero rims are now tubeless ready but the website hasn't been updated yet:

Ended up ordering the Mavic Cosmic Carbon SL UST clinchers from Starbike in Germany for $1500, a saving of $600 at my local shop. Wheels have excellent review and have the best tubeless set up on the market. Looking forward to a lot less punctures.0
