AM4 2nd generation motherboard?

Hi there,
I'm after some recommendations for a motherboard for my Ryzen 5 1600 but I wanted it to be a 2nd generation compatible board. I have heard some horror stories about VRM heat issues but can't find that much info on what's hot and what's not!
Currenting looking at,
Gigabyte B450M DS3H
MSI B450M PRO
ASUS TUF B450M-PLUS GAMING
MSI B450 TOMAHAWK (heard reports of slow boot ups)
I want to spend anywhere between £70-£120
Not bothered about overclocking or any special features, as long as it's reliable and has good compatibility I'd be happy.
2 Ram slots is enough for me and 1 GPU slot.
5 USB ports
Nothing special really, just want a basic PC which I can buy a later CPU along the line if I feel it's needed.
