So a 68mm BB. Type and axle length will depend on the cranks.I don't do smileys.

Yes but that crankset comes with a BB, so no need to spend extra on the Hope.I don't do smileys.

The Zee crankset comes with the correct BB.

If you have the tools to take the old one off and put the new one on, yes.I don't do smileys.

Just to check, what size cassette have you got at th back of the bike? E.g 11-36 or something like that?
That Zee crankset will be strong, but it comes with a 36 tooth chainring so if you want to ride up hills it could be quite hard work. You may need to put a smaller chainring on if you find t too much.
The hollow tech bbs are easy to install - but you’ll need to buy the correct tools to fully tighten it up. Just a big spanner type tool or you can get a tool that goes onto a socket set / torque wrench.
I suspect your current crank and B.B. are square taper, so you’ll need a different tool to take that out - a crank extractor.0
