Camera compatibility?

I’m in the market for a camera for my bike. Only two requirements really - it needs a decent battery life and I’d like to control it from my edge 520. Obviously the virb is an option but the battery life seems rubbish. Any suggestions for alternatives?

    fly12 or fly12 ce

    10 and 8 hours battery life respectively. not perfect but if you want long battery life i dont know of anyrhing else.
    the ce model has ant+ features.

    Yeah that’s what I thought. Most of my rides are around 3-4 hours but there doesn’t seem to be much around with that sort of battery life

    Go for the older fly12 if you can

    I have the fly12 ce as a warranty replacement - its far to buggy and erratic for £250 - the video out put is very dark - it doesn't even pick up reg plates.
