Hi all, I’ve been quiet as life got busy over the summer, but still managed a lot of riding just less forum browsing.

Going in to winter and because I loved building the HT last winter I’m going to look at an FS project. Already have a couple of frame options. I really like the YT frames and been looking at a Capra or Jeffsy if I can get a deal. However I’ve recently found a couple of YT wicked frames and wondered if anyone had any experience of them and how do they compare? Are they just the older version of the newer renamed YTs?

Thanks in advance.

Can't help with those, but do have a Look at on-one's Titus El Viajero frame, they do it in a trail version or a gravity version (trail for 140mm fork, Gravity for 160mm), as always they are crazy good value, that's without a shock but you could start with something off ebay/classifieds.

Correct shock (though not the greatest but certainly 'adequate')

Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

Thanks for the recommendation. It would certainly go nicely with the el Chulo I already have! Like you said amazing price as well
