Disabled Riding

My wife wants to take up riding again, however she only has limited use of her right arm, not sure she could maintain grip or balance without assistance. I am thinking "e-bike" anyway, but if anyone has ideas if there are any hacks or actual attachments, on handlebars etc which could help - I would be grateful.

Also look into electronic shifting which can have all the gear changes on one side.
