gym, cafe, wfh a bit, but it's looking sunny, this calls for unilateral declaration of hols i think, barring any development of interfering cloudiness

    Morning

MTB commute this morning to take advantage of the jumps err I mean speed bumps. Going to Llandegla later.

Dull and cloudy here, but not raining - good for cycling but not for the plants.

    Morning folks,
Mild Thursday morning hangover is in evidence, good night last night although minor compared to TLW's I suspect. Pleasant ride in the sunshine this morning, unfortunately the destination leaves a little to be desired. Going to just try and keep my head down and hope nobody notices.

A bit overcast here. Today is chores followed by a bike ride.

Thistle, I trust your jumping ability goes beyond traffic calming humps if going to Llandegla as there at least twice the height of the humps your used to.
Yeah, but need all the practice I can get these days.
Plus it annoys Mr BMW trying to race past in a 20 zone.

That's what it felt like at Bedgebury yesterday. We did the 'black' run which is the the most optimistically named black run on the planet as it has 2 little rocks on it to 'jump' off. Still, it was fun bombing round the forest on our XC bikes.

Now in the office stuffing my face and looking forward to this evenings free dinner and plonk, the only cost being to say a few wise words about how to run a treasury department to some clueless newbies. They might be less than impressed when they find out that my top tip is to hire a treasury manager who knows what the **** they are doing :)

    Shed's done. Now the sort...

Very muggy here. A bit like "It's hot, damn hot - okay if your with a lady but hell if you're in the jungle".

    Better get going.

    Laters.

All things considered - feel great, can’t be bothered with the long commute home though as it looks like a headwind.
