Mavic Cosmic Pro vs Campagnolo Bullet 50's

I am looking at getting a new wheelset on the R2W scheme. The scheme my employer uses is the Evans one so it's a bit more limited than others.
I have narrowed the selection down to either the Mavic Cosmic Pro's & Campag Bullet 50's. Has anyone got experience of either? I've read some rather worrying things regarding the durability of Mavic's freehub in these models.
Happy for any other suggestions via Evans that incorporate an aluminium brake track. Looking to keep at that price point to allow for some component upgrades and decent tyres as well.
