Focus Mares BB

I'm after a little bit of information regarding the Bottom bracket on my Focus Mares apex CX. I have owned the bike for about 2.5 years from new so it's a 2016-> model. I have changed the BB twice due to a grinding noise. In this time the BB has also been cleaned and refitted with the same results. After refitting or replacing the BB the first ride of around 40 miles is flawless,Not a murmur of noise from the BB but as is always the case the 2nd and so on rides there's an annoying grinding noise. Any help or pointers would be appreciated.

Im fed up with mine considering going sqaure taper would be cheaper in the long run.0 -
