Anybody used this website? / Bought a mech hanger from here?
My new Canyon Endurace CF SL disc just came out of the factory with a bent/cracked rear mech hanger. :roll:
Canyon have sent out a replacement hanger free of charge 'ETA 3-4 days' but I do not want to rely on UPS and am looking for a contingency in the mean-time as I have an event this weekend and with no bike as it stands, pending this part.
I understand Canyon do not supply any official retailers, but is this an accurate part or a poor copy? If it comes to it then I will order it in the likelihood I can use it instead of the warranty replacement but just want to increase my chances.
