Customise a canyon ?

I am seriously tempted by this

However I would like a deep section wheelset - does anyone know if Canyon mix and match ? - or do I have to do it myself ?
If so any suggestions for disc deep section wheelset ?

No you can't customise a canyon unfortunately. You can at rose/ribble etc0
