Gravel Bike Rental Recommendations in Tuscany

Got a week riding round Tuscany after a wedding in September.

I'm taking my Slate out but need to rent a bike for my wife. Anyone got any good rental places to recommend?

Flying into and out of Pisa, may also have a car, but anywhere in NW Tuscany should work.
