Not sure if this is sufficiently antique for this forum.
I have downgraded to modern Ultegra to get even lower gears, but I don't want to bin this lovely gear.
Free if you can collect it from me (near Reading):
Dura-Ace 7800/7803 10 speed:
Long-arm rear derailleur 7800
Triple front derailleur 7803
Triple levers 7803
Triple chainset 7803: 30/39/52
DA brakes front & rear 7800
The 39 chainwheel is a bit worn but still functions. Generally nice condition, some scuffs.

Tried to DM you but it is stuck in the outbox and I cant get it to move.
What length are the cranks?

I did received the DM and have replied - however my reply seems stuck in the Outbox - maybe BR is just slow?0
