No one seems to be able to identify this bike. Can you?

I've tried Reddit and Facebook groups, but haven't had any luck so far. Hopefully someone here will have an answer.
This bike has no manufacturer or model stickers. I need some parts replaced, which is why I am trying to figure out what it is. The only info I could find was a barcode label on the underside with the code WBTD740675K, and an engraved number 271449 on the front of the neck below the handlebars. It's a used electric/hybrid 7-speed bike I recently bought in Malmö, Sweden. Hopefully these numbers and the attached pictures will help someone to identify the manufacturer and model of this bike.
The guy at the second hand bike shop that sold it to me wasn't quite sure what it was. The repair shop I brought it to didn't know what it was. Does anyone know what this thing is?

I reckon it's Chinese or Taiwanese. 'Neco' on the headset cover is a Chinese/Taiwanese brand.
What parts are needed ? You will be able to buy parts from almost anywhere online. Nothing on this bike looks exotic or custom.0 -
