Help with power meter

Can you help me please? I'm looking at getting a power meter mainly for use on the time trail / triathlon bike. i can't go fro a crank option due to a brake under the BB. Was looking at the quarq meters (I think the DFour).
I already have a BB EVO 386 installed in the frame. I run ultegra 6800. Is it a case of just buying the crank and fitting or do I need anything else? I'm relunctant to go to a pedal based system as do not want to change all my cleats and pedals on other bikes.
