Routes around Nice

Going on a family holiday to Nice soon and got the green light to hire a bike for a few days and was wondering if anybody could suggest a few rides.

4-6 hours would be great but any suggestions welcome especially if there is climbing involved.

Col d'Eze, Madone. Up to Sospel or Entrevaux (busy road this, but may be cyclepath and it is a steady drag uphill). La Turbie up nr. Monaco but can be busy. Over to Monaco and this
