The Republic of Kyrgyzstan, founded in 1993, was part of the former USSR. After gaining independence, I could not become a rich country. It is on 147 place on gross national product in the World.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_c ... P_(nominal). Officially, the state does not support cycling in the country.

Dyadichkin Nikolay is the coach of the highest category, he has many awards, he was also a national team of Kyrgyzstan (in the USSR).

In 2018, coach Nikolai, opened on his own money a sports bicycle section for children. It deals with children on free terms, because families are poor. He decided to do charity and teach children the basics of cycling for free.

I ask all amateurs and professionals to help in supporting the first initiatives of cycling in Kyrgyzstan.

If you have old spare parts, bicycles, bicycle clothes, helmets, bicycle shoes, pedals, please help and donate to children in Kyrgyzstan.

If you do not have old parts, but there is a great desire to help, then make financial assistance.

There are still people in the World who love cycling in their lives and ready to shine this life.

One kind person Leonid Miliukov gave a whole package of bicycle clothes of different sizes, for which he thanked you a lot and gave you an old aluminum MTB, a little it needs to be repaired and it will work fine. Just in the photo, the coach gives out jerseys and shorts to the guys.

I ask for your help in supporting the cycling of Kyrgyzstan.

Here is the country of Kyrgyzstan in central Asia. Officially, the state does not support cycling in the country and there are no athletes.

My first trainer opened a bicycle section for children on free training. He put his money into bicycles to give the children. He worries because there is no cycling in the country, and he loves his job.

I ask you all to help either money, or old spare parts, shoes, bicycle clothes and others. We will make new bicycles and another guy will do cycling for free. Perhaps one of these boys will grow up a good athlete. Any financial help (1-5-10-20...$)
    will be in our gratitude.

Seems legit. The UK Government don't support cycling either. ;)
