Vibrations
Hi.
I'm getting strong vibrations when using the rear brake. Strong enough I feel it in the pedals and saddle.
Brakes are long drop trp with koolstop pads, alu rims.
Pads are toed in and all bolts are tight. I've tried sanding pads but no luck. Wheel is true and sat correctly in the frame. Caliper centred.
Vibrations only started after a 3 hour ride in the rain. The set up before was fine and nothing else has changed.
Today I've given the rim a good wash and rub down, I'll try tomorrow to see cured.
Anything I can try?
Thanks

I hope stays or seat tube are not cracked, good luck finding out the reason. Maybe engage the brake and rock the bike forward an back with pressure on the seat?0

A good soapy wash and rub down of the rims has sorted the issue (for now at least).
The rims/ pads must have got covered in crap or something during the wet ride.0
