Hi. My rear hub is rough as, beyond a normal service. The cups are pitted. I have heard you can knock the cups out and replace everything from another hub.
Is this true/ easy enough to do?
Trying to avoid doing a complete hub replacement and rebuilding the wheel.

Thanks in advance.

Yes its true, best way is to buy a new hub and strip it for all the bits you want, so new cups, new cones, new balls and you may as well treat yourself to an axle as well. I did that with an M475 front.

Cool. And the cups just knock out?

Yep, screwdriver through the hub and against the back of it, tap with a hammer.
