Good evening,

I hope you may be able to help me with an issue I have, just came back from a ride today and realised a bolt is missing from my crank! Image is at the link below, would be really grateful if someone could point me in the right direction with a replacement!

You're lucky the crank arm didn't fall off.

    What sora model is it?
Hopefully this is the right one

Most bike shops should be able to help you as well. Not an expensive part so saving a little cash from the internet is not an issue unless you just prefer to just get it in the mail. Make sure you understand how to install it properly as this should never fall out unless your two pinch bolts on that crank arm are loose.

The thing that's missing is the plastic preload adjuster cap. It's job is not to hold the crank on; the 2 small pinch bolts do that. But as already pointed out, the fact that it's gone missing suggests either it was incorrectly installed, or the pinch bolts are loose.

Either way I'd suggest once you get hold of a replacement cap you should remove and reinstall the LH crank properly just to be sure. If in any doubt, YouTube or Shimano Tech Docs will show you how
