di2 6870 shifter communication issues
Hi,
I charged my di2 the other day (ultegra 6870 internal battery). Afterwards the junction box seems unable to pick up the shifters. I can still do the "crash reset" where it cycles through the gears by holding the button on the junction box. So the issue appears to be between the junction box and shifters. If it was just one shifter I would have guessed a loose cable, but both at the same time seems highly unlikely.
Anyone had similar issues or any ideas what might be the issue?

Have you done a firmware update on the shifters lately?I ride a bike. Doesn't make me green or a tree hugger. I drive a car too.0

Not before the issue happened. Did one after, but it didn't solve the problem.0
