On the train into town. Expect some football related banter - unfortunately no Colombians in the office to take the p1ss out of. May have to remind my Argentine colleague what hes missing :)

    Morning
A bit dull rather like myself today. A bike ride is called for, followed by yet more pick and shovelling.

Morning, cool an not a cloud in the sky, meeting randoms at Silverstone yesterday went well get to go back there Friday mainly to make sure nothing been ruined.

Forgot I had booked a charity sportive on Sunday which was a bit silly one minor bonus is it goes literally past my front door, downside being its 5KM in so doesn't really help me. Still least I'm not working I guess.

Morning all, it took me about an hour to clean the kitchen this morning after the night before.

No ride, woke up at 6 and thought I'd blown my knee out. No idea how or what happened and its OK now. Odd and most probably Sauv B related.

    Morning folks,
Another busy start to the day and still feeling like shite so haven't managed to ride a bicycle. Trying to get everything sorted before going away but events are conspiring against me. I really don't want to have to stay late and break the habit of a lifetime. Just popped up the road to get my ears lowered so I'm nice and streamlined when I hit the pool, relatively speaking that is. Lots of running around to do tonight and then out for a curry for a mate's birthday.
    Onwards and upwards...

Just waiting for a scary man from the scary company we are merging with to arrive at my office. Going for a jolly to look at some land with no trees on, should be OK.

I'm currently using my time to drool at bikes on the internet, today's favourite is the Bianchi XR3 disc. Many monies, more weight, more exciting than the Aeroad.

Still silly jobs to do. I'm totally farqed.

Planning a wobble at the and of the week  God help me.
Must send the C40 off for repair and re-spray. That means a hack for a winter bike?... What's cf with good clearance for crudcatchers (that isn't an MTB Stevo)?

...and not a Trek. I refuse to ride a Trek.
...and will rake threaded over board cups for Campag... None of that press fit malarkey bollox...

It's something you fit onto a mountain bike - welcome to the dark side...
