Cheap, highly packable waterproof

After something that will pack right down, ideally into half a pocket and budget doesnt stretch to the new offerings of Gore, Castelli and the other one.
If it's a scorching hot day I'll just wear a gilet (I have the Endura FS260 one) and get wet arms but am worried that a downpour when colder could cause issues, especially in the mountains. I have a rapha PT race cape which is ok for very specific conditions (better when very cold), but isn't that packable.
I was thinking about the LS version of the above gilet at about 45 quid but have just seen this:

I don't really care about the petronas brading to be honest.

Endura Pakajak? Picked up one for £13 last year, not much bigger than my clenched fist when stashed in its corded bag.================

I've got the long sleeved version ofyour gilet, its pretty good. Packs down small (probably takes more than half a pocket if I'm honest) and good at keeping the wind out. Always hard to know how waterproof these things are as you tend to steam up from the inside out but it seems to do a better job than my Endura Pakajak.
That Assos one is bound to be good though, its Assos after all. Seems like a no-brainer at that price.0 -
Thanks all.
This is also in consideration for the price:

If you want something with a bit more warmth then a plasticy pak-a-mak but still waterproof and packable the Rapha Core is very good. Just returned from a trip to the Alps with some rather mixed weather and was really happy with it.0

I have the pro team one which I may throw in my bag. I am tempted by the one at Merlin for 25 quid less than the Assos one.0
