Hi guys, sorry if this is in the wrong section....

I have a Scott Sporster 55... with the 700c tyres on as standard... Just a quick question... Are there any offroad tyres i can buy which will fit the rims of my bike? My commute to work is mainly offroad and these thin hybrid tyres do not work well for me!

Thanks in advance! :)

Any idea what the internal width of your rims are?
How much clearance do you have between the tyre, frame and calipers?

Having looked on line briefly it looks like the 2012 came with 32 tyres as standard so you could probably fit around that size in say maxis rambler or kenda 8 block. Basically you can fit pretty much any tyre as long as it fits. Just check for clearance, you can also lower the pressure to make things a bit more comfortable.
Too many bikes according to Mrs O.
