Morning, looks like it’s going to be a nice day, bike ride this morning undecied what to do this afternoon, watch the football or catch some rays, probably the latter

P1ss poor planning on my behalf means I’m racing when the football is on :(

Cycling to the race and then over to my parents afterwards, so some reasonable miles.

As it’s my old chaps birthday the current wife is driving, so ale will be enjoyed

Better get up and have some brekkie before heading for the pool :)

Sat in a bar in Protaras. Onto cider #3. Ingerland 5-0 up at half time and they're playing Baddiel & Skinners 'Three Lions' very loudly

    Evening
Woke with a sore hip again although it is noticeably less sore following four and half hours on the bike. Got a bit frazzled in the sun, now full of pasta and Peroni. What’s left of the evening holds more of the same.

Missed the football, though matched England’s goals with my position in the race
