Hi Guys
Finally caved and got myself a Wahoo, will be selling the edge 820. Has anyone set up their HR zones using LTHR on the wahoo.
Setting up FTP zones is super easy, but HR zones using LTHR seems more challenging...is it a case of just using the zones training peaks gives you?

edit: I have just used Andy Coggan (5) zones from TP. Using the data from my last 20min FTP test, LTHR of 175 and max of 212. Which gave me.
Zone 1: Active Recovery : 0 - 119
Zone 2: Aerobic Capacity : 120 - 146
Zone 3: Tempo Rides : 147 - 165
Zone 4: Threshold : 166 - 184
Zone 5: VO2 Max : 185 - 255
Which in turn gives me the following for the Wahoo app:
Peak = 185+
Hard = 166 - 184
Cardio = 147 - 165
Fat Burn = 120 - 146
Easy = 0 - 119
Now my question is...is this the best way of setting it up?
