Bike rack - no eyelets or bracket arms - help :)

Hi everyone!
I am looking for some bracket arms to fit my bike rack. But the rack seems to have a horizontal bar with the bolts (instead of the normal ones on the sides). Plus my Carrera does not have eyelets.

I think you need something like this
