Replacement FSA Headset

Hi all,
I've got a Boardman Hybrid Team Bike 2014 and the headset is pretty worn out and needing a replacement.
The problem is I have no idea which one to get?
The bike is here - http://www.halfords.com/cycling/bikes/hybrid-bikes/boardman-hybrid-team-bike-2014-45-49-54cm-frames and the headset is listed as 'FSA Orbit C-40 ACB/Industrial 1.1/8" to 1.1/2" Tapered - Integrated'.
I've had a look but there seems to be quite a few variations of this headset.
Can anyone out there help?
