    As you can see by the length of this thread, it is difficult to diagnose without seeing it or with incorrect information.
    Sorry, it is the pads now. I have had this problem with a few brakes now. You adjust them correctly but they just start rubbing again after a ride or two.

    Without seeing the problem, other than a full bleed, don't know what to suggest. I can only conclude that you are extremely unlucky as I have had different flavours of shimano, Avid, Formula, Sram and magura brakes and have never experienced this problem. The only problem is that after months of no use, the fluid on Formula and Avid tends to lock the brake but releasing a dropat the calliper sorts it.
