7 days of riding from Las Palmas????

Sounds like people normally stay in the south of Gran Canaria but by any chance has anyone got some routes for seven days in a row of rides from Las Palmas?
I haven't ridden in sweltering heat or on mountains before so no idea of distance but up to 7 hours I guess.

Many thanks for the post. Are these sort of sites reliable (bit un-nerved by the word "trail" in the titles!)?
All the round trip routes seem to have been posted by this guy. The question is how fit is he? Would be weird having a picture of him in my mind to curse as I slog up another mountain!
