Can the SJCam SJ4000 be mounted underneath the handlebar? :?:
All photos I've seen show it positioned on the top of the bar....

I use the Garmin mount with the attached bracket with mine.
There are plenty of options from £15 upwards on Amazon etc.

I bought a couple of Garmin compatible mounts off eBay for about £15 each and they work like a dream. Sorry, can't provide a link to the actual ones that I bought as they do not seem to be available now - just search for something like 'Garmin GoPro mount'. Of course, that pre-supposes that you actually use a Garmin cycle computer and that your SJ4000 can rotate the footage as it would hang upside down on the mount (I know my GoPros both do it automatically but, sorry, I know nothing about the SJ4000). I guess you could also rotate the footage later if you had the right software.

When filming on a bike, I prefer to have the camera on the body (ether strapped to the chest or attached to the helmet). Your body acts a bit like suspension, so the footage generally comes out smoother.

Yes, it's on one of the setting to rotate 180 degrees.

As mentioned above, I use GoPros (a Hero 6 Black and a Hero 5 Session) - with both of them, stabilisation is so good that camera shake is never a problem. That said, I usually struggle to watch ‘bike based’ footage as it’s mostly just a bit tedious (and not just my own!). My GoPros are used mostly on and under water.

So are mine, it's called commuting in the British Summer
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

Found it, thanks . Would have helped if this was made a bit more obvious in the Instructions. They're rubbish! I thought I'd have to buy an upside down case or some sort of hanger.
