2x MTB's for <£700

Hi guys,

Me and my wife are looking for two MTB bicycles, one would be used for light canal riding/green trail riding and other one (for me) would be use for blue trails.

It will be our first better bikes and currently I am thinking about getting for my wife

Should they be alright or should i choose something else.

Also what about serious bikes. I've never heard of them and could find any information weather they are any good.

Tops i can spend £700 for both bikes.

It would take you slightly over £700, but I'd go for a couple of these.

Better forks, groupset, brakes. They're 26" wheels, but I'd take that for a better overall bike.

I thought about two two and it might be too small for me. Im 6ft0, 20 inch frames felt good and calibre is only 18.
