Not enough b screw adjustment

Hi, I've been having problems with my derailleur cage hitting the largest sprocket when shifting. My b screw is tightened to the max and it isn't enough. My hanger and all the other stuff seems to be on right. Should I get a longer b screw, do I need a longer caged derailleur or should I just trash my bike and get a new one? Thanks

Or add in some detail, like mech model and cassette size.I don't do smileys.

You can extend the range of the B screw by taking out the current screw and installing an allen head bolt in the other way round.
If the cage is already hitting the largest sprocket it sounds like you're using it beyond its working range and changing the B screw will be of little use so maybe a derailleur extender would be a better option.0 -

That is the crucial detail that was missing from your original post. You either need to get a longer b-screw and possibly a goat link or, if you are selling the bike just stick an 11-36 cassette on it.“Life has been unfaithful
