Hi all. I'm considering g buying a full suspension mountain bike. But for mainly road use. It has rodi tryp 35's fitted with nobby nic 2.8's tyres. Would these wheels take a road tyre around 2" wide?
Thanks in advance

Why do you want a full sus for mainly road use?
A decent hybrid or even a hardtail mtb would be better suited and orobabky cheaper.

Wjy did i know that would be the first question asked? Lol. I already have a hardtail front suspension. Albeit a cheap one so the front forks are not much cop and have you ridden on roads recently?. The idea that the roads are smooth and not full of potholes, sunken drains, badly filled utility works etc died a long time ago. I mainly use b roads and where I am they are in bad shape. I've ridden a full suspension and it makes a big difference in comfort but obviously I don't want the drag/resistance of full off road tyres.
