    Looks like a Columbus/Empella/Paul Milnes frame with a paint job. I don't think Cervelo has ever made a cx frame.

    That's probably correct, if you compare pics of the Guerciotti Lyra frame with the one above, it does seem to match pretty well. Ultimately, it doesn't really matter what it says on the downtube. It's a capable frame and if the price is right, and you want it, then go for it.
