Are Tredz usually okay?

I cant get through on the phone about an order I havent received.

    Got some bars and tape and Haribo from them last week. Not as quick as Wiggle but I've never had an issue with them.

    Maybe I'm getting my wires (interweb shops) crossed, but I thought Tredz had a rep for telling porkies about having things in stock, so you pay your money, they accept it and then tell you item needs to come from wholesalers before they send it on to you.

    Most online 'stock' is held by distributors anyway, so there's nothing unusual in that...

    Tredz always worked well for me, had few orders from them this year.

    Always good for me. I prefer to use them over wiggle and Evans for online purchases.

    Well they've gone AWOL today and there's a tool i need that only they seem to sell. It says on my order info its in stock but the the other part of the order isn't in stock. Never again.

    When items are in stock they are good. However, they have a tendency to show things as being in stock, only to contact you after the order to say they have no stock and will have to order from the supplier.

    Since a couple of orders were constantly delayed (one for months) i have stopped using them.
