Why is it going to cost you 200 notes? What are you planning to do?
If you’re happy on single speed and not a Dixie:
Get Old bike.
Take off cassettte, mechs, etc.
Either a) fit conversion kit to current wheel and fit chain to suit length - in the uk probably £25 All in, so have a look around your neck of woods
Or
remove everything as above, cut length of plastic pipe from diy shop, cut two lengths: one from hub to where you want your sprocket, the other taking up the remaining space. Dismantle current cassette and fit sprocket you want.fit. Cut chain to length. Fit.
