Frame grommets Etap conversion

Hi does anyone know where I can get grommets to go in the cable routing holes in my 2016 Tarmac frame? Planning an Etap conversion this month but can only seem to find DI2 grommets with holes in for the Di2 wires.

    not familiar with your frame, but when i installed etap i used sugru to seal the holes

    2+ years in and it's still fine, available in a few colours, it can be removed if needed
    my bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny
