I bought these to convert an old 26 mtb to a pub/commuter bike:

Definitely not an upgrade over what you have but still a bargain at £13 for a pair.

What do you fancy from the change?

The city jet is a pretty decent tyre for the money new, but if you step up to about £25 each you can get a lighter and livelier feeling tyre, something like the Maxxis detonator. I wouldn’t bother with the delta cruiser unless you want t9 change for changes sake!
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

Michelin country rock, currently on offer at CRC, nice tyres
Caveat - I buy and ride cheap, however, I reserve the right to advise on expensive kit that I have never actually used and possibly never will
