Axel hydraulic forks ...

Hi , More newbee questions . I keep finding new stuff ....My Rockhopper has axel forks with what look a bit like tiny grease nipples on the back... what (if anything) do I have to do with them ? is there some tool that will fit in it to squirt oil in with ...if so, how often and what sort of oil ? ....Thanks muchly ...

    Gimmick at the time, just do a regular lower service as you would on any fork.
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
