Source for Microshift short cage FD?

Microshift make a couple of front derailleurs which have a shorter than normal cage so that when used with smallish chainrings the bottom of the derailleur cage doesn't foul the chainstay when trying to shift to the small chainring. I've been looking for one but haven't found anywhere to purchase it. Can anyone suggest a supplier? This is the derailleur I'm after: http://www.microshift.com.tw/en/product/fd-r74s-bf/. I need the model that attaches to a braze-on fitting, otherwise I'd just get an MTB derailleur, which are readily available with short cages, but there's no such thing as a braze-on MTB front derailleur.
