Canyon S23 VCLS CF seat post / Canyon Endurace

I have a Canyon Endurace CF 7.0. I had a problem with my seatpost, for which I have been sent replacement parts. However, I am unsure how to put everything back together again. There are no instructions in the manual, and Canyon are being hopeless at explaining. Can anyone explain how the saddle is supposed to fit to the seatpost? There are two plates (see image below) but the are both asymmetrical. Which way should they face?

    If these are the only parts you've got, don't think you've been sent the right parts. If the top of the seat post has other parts, can you upload images ?

    I have updated the image. There is an additional bolt not shown.
