Road bike rental in Nancy/Lorraine

Travelling for work in July. I have a bike and travel box, but am also interested in renting. I have contacted at least 4 bike shops around there and gotten ZERO response. Is this a language snob thing or a laziness thing? These shops show some haphazard rental info on their page, but not enough to know if they have road bikes.

When I've inquired in the US about a rental, I get a mail back.

For shit's sake, you can paste it into Google translate if you need to.

If you have had success in that area with a rental of a road bike, let me know.
